Heartburn & Heart Attack Are Not One And The Same - But Cure Them Naturally

In recent years, heart disease has become the leading cause of death and disability in the world. This is despite the tremendous advances in diagnosis and treatment. Surgery and drugs are temporary aids and are not adequate to treat all the risk factors that cause heart disease.

Heart ailments are now affecting people in younger age groups. The biggest reason is changing lifestyles, high stress, inadequate nutrition, sedentary habits, increased use of tobacco and alcohol, at a younger age. But this can be prevented and perhaps reversed with proper diet and exercise.

Foods To Avoid:

1. Saturated fats red meat, dairy (butter, full fat milk, cream, cheese), poultry and eggs.

2. Foods that have omega-6 polyunsaturated oils like corn, sunflower and safflower. Trans-fats found in margarine, processed foods and baked flour products.

3. All foods that contain sugar and are rich in calories breads, rolls, muffins, cookies, cakes, chips and soft drinks.

Foods To Include:

1.A plant-based diet boosts the immune system. Include a wide assortment of vegetables broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, greens, pumpkin, sprouts, onion, garlic, and fruits (berries, grapes, plums, citrus, apple, pineapple, banana and papaya).

2.Include food rich in vitamins and minerals almonds, walnuts seafood, and whole grains. These are rich in vitamin E, omega-3 fats and contain selenium as well as dietary fibre.

exercise:

Can include walking, stretching, yoga, and some gentle noncompetitive games. You do not have to walk fast or far, to gain enormous benefits. Moderate exercise for 30 minutes preferable every day or every alternate day, at a comfortable pace will make your immune system stronger and protect against build up of blockages in the arteries. Even a yoga for half an hour could be more useful.

Whatever may be the practices the diet is to be regulated. It is the balanced diet which is helpful to stay away from the heart attack and heart burn.

Disneyland Annual Pass: How Does it Work?

Buying a 12 month passport to Disneyland gives you unlimited access to either Disneyland Anaheim or walt Disney World Orlando for an entire year. If you think that you are likely to be visiting one of the two parks many times over a one year period then securing a yearly passport makes sense because it can mean significant cost savings. The more often you go the better value you are getting for the initial cost of your ticket. There are two ways that you can buy your year long pass, either in person or online. If you are planning on using your pass immediately then either option is fine but if you are wanting to use it some time in the future then buying it online is best. This is because a yearly passport purchased on the web does not have an expiry date and the clock doesn't start ticking until you first use it at your chosen theme park.

You can get a yearly passport to walt Disney World in Orlando or Disneyland in Annaheim. There are basically two types of tickets: deluxe and premium. If your yearly ticket turns out to be well worth the investment then you can resubscribe for the following year at a slight reduction.

What is so attractive about a Disneyland yearly ticket?
. you get unlimited admission to the main theme parks within one Disney establishment for 12 months. For walt Disney World, Orlando this means access to Magic Kingdom Park, Epcot, the disney-MGM Studios and Disney's animal Kingdom Theme Park. At Disneyland, Anaheim you get access to the main area and Disney's California Adventure (DCA) as well.
. free parking;
. while at the park if you spend a minimum of $10 at a disney dining outlet or hotel you'll get at least 10% off the price.
saving on your lodging if you stay at a disney Resort hotel and quote your yearly passport number when you make your reservation
travel from one park to another within Disneyland or walt Disney World in the same day without incurring any extra costs. So in California you could go to Disneyland in the morning, the California Adventure in the afternoon and then back to Disneyland's main grounds in the evening.
jump on to Disney's transport system to get around the grounds or from one section to another
. if a t-shirt or stuffed toy takes your fancy you can save ten percent on the cost of all Disney items for sale.

What it doesn't include:
. entry to separately priced events or activities

The main difference between the annual and premium passport, apart from the price, is that the extra you pay gets you a higher discount on food and accommodation and you get unlimited admission to more places.

If you are a Florida or Southern California resident then disney has special yearly passports for you. However, while these passes are significantly cheaper than the standard deluxe or premium passports, you are restricted to the number of days you can use them to those days specifically nominated by Disney and parking is not included in the fee.

So who buys a Disneyland Annual Pass?
The yearly passport appeals to Disney fanatics who just can't get enough of all things disney but also to those who want to take their time to enjoy their Disney experience. A year long passport means you can go day or night, you aren't as worried about seeing and doing as much as you can on each visit because you know you can come back anytime in the next 12 months. Overall it is a more relaxed way to take it all in.

If you're planning a disney holiday then you'll be sure to want to find out the insider information that the official sites tend to gloss over. For articles, up-to-date news and resources on Disney holidays go to Disney Annual Pass

The Globalisation of Golf?

golf is the most global sport. It is played in nearly every country in the world; its professional tournaments are contended in every continent and, unlike soccer, the Americans are pretty darn good at it. This makes for the highest profile intercontinental competition of all - the Ryder cup - whose power over the emotions of millions of transatlantic spectators is so great that it constitutes the only fortnight in a two-and-a-half year cycle that all Britons are happy to call themselves European. Its so linked to a global view, in fact, that holidays are often built around it and even travel insurance is available which gives you a cash payout for a hole-in-one.

Which is why it is a shame that the USA hosts three of the worlds four golf majors. Only the dear old open Championship (won so memorably last month by Padraig Harrington in Carnoustie) lies outside of the States. The USPGA, won by tiger Woods this week, is the fourth in the cycle, but of the three American tournaments, I think it should be the one to swap continents.

The Masters, of course, must remain forever at Augusta: the beautiful course, so well etched into the imaginations of any amateur golfer, with its history and traditions (such as the green Jacket), must forever host the years first major. And the US open - historically set-up to be the toughest on the calendar with winning scores often above par - can keep rotating around america to provide the toughest test in golf. But the USPGA hasnt got the same history or reputation. So why not move it to another continent - or rotate it round two or three - to give this global game a global dimension at the very highest level? Europe has some of the best courses on the planet, but has never hosted a major. Asia boasts the fastest-growing golf industry in the world. And lets not overlook Africa, Australia or south america either, whose great players (Els, Goosen, Norman, Ogilvy, Cabrera) have graced our screens for decades.

I watched the denouement of the USPGA last week on telly; but Id rather it had had Table mountain or the Med in the background shots.
